IFIE SEKIBO - Chairman
Mr. Sekibo, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria, is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board. He attended the University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt where he obtained a B.Sc (Hons) in Accountancy. He worked briefly with Elf Nigeria Ltd before joining Investment Banking and Trust Co. Ltd (1991-1997). He later joined Moni Pulo Ltd (Petroleum Development) in 1999 where he rose to the position of Financial Controller and Head of Administration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Institute of Petroleum-London, Chartered Institute of Management and Institute of Directors (IoD).

JACOB ERHABOR – Director
He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Lagos. A fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN) and the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (FCII).
He started his working career with African Insurance Brokers. Between 1987 and 1991, he worked with International Assurance Company as Manager in Charge of its Maritime/Aviation Portfolio.
He joined Cornerstone Insurance as a pioneer staff in 1991, became General Manager in 1994, appointed its Managing Director/Chief Executive in 2000, a position he held until November 2005 when he resigned his appointment with the company. He joined International Energy Insurance Plc as Managing Director/Chief Executive on 3rd January, 2006.
Mr. Jacob has attended many courses both off-shore and on-shore. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and currently serves on the Governing Council of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, where he is Chairman of its membership and professional standard sub-committee.

HON. UCHE ONYEAGUCHA - Director
Hon. Onyeagucha is a lawyer, a human right activist and a politician. He was called to bar in 1993. He further proceeded to Demenfort University Liecester where he obtained an LL.M degree in 1999.
Uche is the founding member, Oilwatch International. He has at various times acted as member, Board of Governors – Civil Liberties Organisation, Legal Adviser Ijaw Youths Council, and Colliery Pensioners, Imo State. Presently he is an Honourable member, House of Representatives, National Assembly, Abuja.

Mr. Anthony O. Madojemu – Managing Director/CEO
Mr. Tony Madojemu, the MD/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is a Chartered Accountant as well as an accounting graduate of University of Ife. He began his professional career, 17 years ago, with Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterHouseCoopers). Mr. Madojemu has extensive experience in corporate and commercial lending, loan syndication and leasing, risk management, project management, and provision of financial advisory services. He also has considerable experience in auditing and investigations, portfolio management, turn-around management, and total quality management.
Apart from Coopers and Lybrand, Mr. Madojemu also worked with Commercial Bank (Credit Lonnie Nigeria) Ltd. - now Capital Bank International, Diamond Bank Limited, Fidelity Union Merchant Bank. His last place of work before joining IEI Assets Limited was City Express Bank Plc, where he was Regional Manager in charge of Lagos and Western Region.
He enjoys watching movies, particularly true life story movies, and mentoring younger ones. He plays golf and swims as in his spare time.

Mr. Oyebanji Alaga – Executive Director.
Mr. Alaga is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and the University of Ibadan from where he bagged an MBA, MSc (Agricultural Economics) and BSc (Agricultural Economics) respectively. He holds also a CFA level II result.
His professional career of over 18 years started with Nucleus Ventures Nigeria Limited (a consulting and investment firm) as Project Analyst. He started his banking career with Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Limited as a Commercial Officer, Acting Head, Commercial Banking Unit, Head of Naira Treasury, Head of Foreign Exchange Treasury and Assistant Head of Treasury/Chief Dealer.
Other Banking experience before joining the IEI Assets Limited includes Liberty Bank (Head of International Treasury), Marina International Bank (Treasurer) and Access Bank Plc (Group Head, Remedial Assets Management (IBG)).

Mr. Biodun Arogundade – Head, Private Equity/Special Project
Mr. Arogundade’s over six years professional experience started with Jubril Olawale Lawal & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he garnered experience in auditing, accounting and tax consultancy. He later joined TFS Finance Limited, a financial advisory and Finance outfit, as a Consultant with specific responsibility for business advisory, fund arrangement, credit marketing/management and capacity building. Before joining the IEI Assets team, he was with REAN Finance Company Limited (a wholly owned investment subsidiary of Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc – the Nigeria premier insurance company) where he rose to become Head, Corporate Finance having served as Senior Credit Officer and Senior Treasury Officer.
Mr. Arogundade, a passionate swimmer, is a graduate of Accountancy from Ogun State Polytechnic and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is currently writing the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) examinations and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Accounting at the Prestigious Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He loves challenges.

Mrs Faustina O. Peter-Kio - Head, Financial Control
She is an accounting Graduate of the University of Port Harcourt and associate of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria. Her Over Six years Professional Career Started with Drummunds Nig Ltd as Accounts officer, Accountant from 2000- April 2004.She Joined Liberty Bank as Teller, Funds transfer Officer/ Clearing Representative, Customer Service Officer, Cash Officer and Acting Head of Transaction( May 2004-January 2006).
Before Joining IEI Assets Plc as Head, Financial Control, She worked with Rivbank Insurance Company Ltd as Financial Controller, AGM (Finance/Investment) and Later Moved to International Energy Insurance Company Limited (Internal Control).

Allwell-Brown Awoibim (Miss) LL.B, BL, ACIArb – Company Secretary/Legal Officer
Awoibim attended the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt and thereafter the Nigerian Law School (Lagos Campus). She worked briefly with Advocaat and Associates (Barristers and Solicitors) after which she worked in International Energy Insurance Plc. as the Legal Officer. Awoibim is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch) presently, she is the Company Secretary/Legal Officer of IEI ASSETS Limited.

Aso George-Wakama-Head Structured Energy Transactions Unit
A graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan, with a working experience spanning close to 10years in the provision, of Integrated Financial Services with stints in Capital Market operations and specialist training in Financial/Insurance services tailor made for the Energy Sector. He has acquired requisite skills in Energy Sector Project Finance, operations and delivery management and energy insurance.
He started his professional working experience as Trainee Manager at State Street Global Acquisitions Limited – An Asset Management, Venture Capital specialist Firm between 1999 -2001. He then moved to Express Portfolio Services a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, in 2001 before joining Jeruel Assurances Limited an Investment SPV for the of Formation of a Proposed Energy Bank between 2002.-2006.
He joined the IEI group in December 2006, prior to his Transfer to IEI Assets as Head, Structured Energy Transactions Unit.
He is currently a student member of the Following Professional Bodies: Chartered Financial Advisers -CFA (USA), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers -CIS (Nig.).

Tunji Kareem –Head, Portfolio & Treasury Management Unit
Read Statistics from the Polytechnic Ibadan and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University. He started his post qualification working experience at African Newspapers of Nigeria Plc – publishers of Nigerian Tribune Titles, as a Senior Account Supervisor in the year 2000 before joining Mayfield Investment Ltd, a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
At the creation of a new company by Mayfield Group, he was transferred to Mayfield Finance Company Ltd as a pioneer staff where he worked for more than two years handling various transactions including credit packaging, portfolio management, and financial advisory services among others before joining IEI Assets Ltd in 2007. He has attended various training programmes in the financial sectors. He is currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers -CIS (Nig.).
Tunji heads the Portfolio and Treasury Management unit of the company and he is responsible for overseeing the Money and Capital Markets operations as well as consumer loan transactions for the Company.
