GABRIEL NSIAH NKETIAH - Chairman Holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Jacksonville, Florida and a Senior Special Aide to the President of Ghana. He is Chairman/Director of many Government and Private Corporate establishments such as Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited, Goil, Aerogem Aviation, Top Radio and Independence Television among others. He is a Successful businessman and sportsman, who had won many competitive boxing honours as well as a recipient of international honours including The Grand Medal of the Republic of Togo.

IFIE M.P SEKIBO, FCA, AM Inst. D - Executive Vice Chairman Mr. Sekibo, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board. He attended the University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt where he obtained a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy. He worked briefly with Elf Nigeria Ltd before joining Investment Banking and Trust Co. Ltd (1991-1997). He later joined Moni Pulo Ltd (Petroleum Development) in 1999 where he rose to the position of Financial Controller and Head of Administration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Institute of Petroleum-London, Chartered Institute of Management and Institute of Directors (IoD).

ROSELINE EKENG (Mrs.) - BA. MBA ,ACIIN
A well trained professional and holder of Bachelor of Arts, Management (1984) and the Master of Business Administration (1986) from Webster University St. Louis, Missouri, United States of America; She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and a holder of the Postgraduate Diploma in Marine Insurance from the World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden. A participant in several local and foreign Insurance courses, conferences and seminars. She is a widely traveled marketer and has been working in the insurance industry with over 15years with Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation before she joined International Energy Insurance in 2003; where she held various positions including head of Regional and Branch Operations before being seconded to International Energy Insurance Co Ltd, Ghana.

UCHE OKUGO
He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He is a Graduate of Marketing from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta and holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) and an MBA in Marketing from University of Calabar. He started his career with International Merchant Bank (IMB) as a credit and marketing officer. He worked with Sovereign Trust Insurance between 2001 to 2004; he was also a pioneer staff of Consolidated Risk Insurers where he rose to the position of Branch Manager Port Harcourt. He was head marketing Port Harcourt Regional office of Cornerstone Insurance Plc from where he joined International Energy Insurance in April 2006 as Head, Southern Regional Office. Uche is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

ERWARD AKUFO ADDO
A well educated and astute businessman, who has been in private business for over one decade. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Coldstore Limited.

CHRISTOPHER BRIGGS, mni; MNIM
Mr. Briggs is a career civil servant, trained both in Nigeria and England. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Educational Studies and an M. Ed degree in Education from University of Manchester, Manchester, England. He has been working with Rivers State Government civil service since 1976. Presently he is a Director of MOFI (Ministry of Finance Incorporated) (1992- date) By virtue of his appointment he has held Company directorship position representing Rivers State Government in various companies .
He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management, Insurance Directors Association of Nigeria (IDAN) and a First class graduate of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic studies, kuru, Jos.

JACOB ERHABOR
Holds the Bachelor of Science (Honours), Insurance (1984). He is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (FIIN) and Chartered Insurance Institute of London (FCII). He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive – International Energy Insurance Plc, Nigeria.

KWADWO POKU
He Holds the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) of the City University, London and he is a Certified Netware Administrator. Currently the Country Director of Gasop Oil(Ghana) Limited (Since June 2002), he has worked as hardware engineer in Dan Technology Plc, a London-based Information Technology Company and with Com and Tech Limited (Ghana) as System Analyst before he became the Special Assistant to Ghana’s Minister of Tourism from January 2001 to May 2002.

OLABISI ABIDEMI .A. FCA (Head, Account & Finance)
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (I.C.A.N). He attended the Lagos State University (Ojo) where he obtained a Bsc (Hons) Accountancy . He started his career Olusegun Akinnawo & Co. (Chartered Accountant) a firm of Chartered Accountants between 1996 and 1998 as a Senior Audit Staff. He joined Glory Group International Limited, a multinational manufacturing outfit between 1999 and 2000 as a Financial/Mgt Accountant. He later joined Lamda Insurance Company Limited in 2001 where he rose to the position of Financial Controller, a position he held until September 2006 when he joined International Energy Insurance Plc in the Internal Control Department where he rose to position of Head, Account and Finance of International Energy Insurance.

ESTHER .O. IDOKO- LLB (Head, Admin/Human Resources)
Esther holds a degree in law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Osun state. She worked briefly with Distinct Integrated Services Ltd, an Event Management Company in Lagos in 2004 before joining International Energy Insurance in 2006. Presently, she is heading the Admin and Human Resources Department.

Mr. Christopher Boachie (Head, Investment)
He holds a Bsc (Hons) Geological Engineering from the University of Science and Technology. He worked with Gold Fields Ghana Limited as a Senior Geologist from 1996 to 2000. He left Gold Fields in for Germany where he studied at The Technical University of Freiberg for an MBA. He then left for UK for an ACCA program. Whilst in UK he worked with Stephen and Co. as a Finance Officer from 2003 to 2007 before he joined International Energy Insurance in 2008.

ISHOLA AYOADE (Head, Information Technology)
He studied Geology from the polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo where he obtained Ordinary National Diploma. He Had His Industrial Attachment with Joint Komputer Kompany (JKK). He Holds an International Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (Netherland) and CCNA in view. He joined International Energy Insurance in 2005 as System Administrator.

DICKSON DANSO QUAITTOO (Head, Brokers/Agent Unit)

Mr. Dickson Danso Quaittoo holds a bachelor Degree in Social Sciences from University of Cape Coast He worked with Kov’s Business centre as Business Development Officer in charge of client services. He later joined CDH Insurance where he was employed as a marketing officer. After a year at the head office, he was appointed as the head of Western Region Branch of CDH Insurance Co Ltd. He is presently with International Energy Insurance as head of Brokers/Agent Unit of the Business Development Department.

BARBARA UDOEWAH (Head, Corporate Marketing/ Financial Institutions)
Barbara holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Calabar, Nigeria and is currently pursuing an MBA with the University of London. She started her career in banking and held several positions as Head, Treasury and Marketing, Head, Retail & Private Banking and Head, Public Sector with UBA, Wema Bank and GTBank respectively. She joined IEI as Head, Financial Institutions in August, 2007. Currently she heads the Corporate Marketing and Financial Institutions department.

SETH KOBLA AKLASI (Head, Energy Group)
He is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast where he read Economics and Geography, majoring in Geography. Started insurance career at Enterprise Insurance Company limited in 2000 as a motor underwriter. Barely a year later there was re- engineering and the work group concept was introduced and he was an account manager at the Broker work group dealing with the clients needs from Surveys, underwriting, reinsurance through to claims. He left Enterprise in 2005 for the UK where he studied at The Cass Business School for an Msc in Insurance and Risk Management and qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Currently the head of Energy Group.

FLORENCE ADDISON- HND, BSc Admin, CERT CII. (Head Direct Marketing)
As head of direct marketing, Florence has a crucial responsibility of ensuring that new business opportunity are identified and utilized by making direct with existing and potential clients. She is a graduate of Central University College and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. She has attended many courses in customer service with extensive experience in direct marketing. She began her career with African Express Communications Network as a customer service officer in 2000. Before joining IEI Ghana, she was with Donewell Insurance Company where she worked as an underwriter and marketing officer. As a team leader she is committed to facilitating activities to achieve the company’s goals.

JOHNSON AWOYEMI (Head, Underwriting)
Mr. Johnson Awoyemi is the Head, Underwriting of International Energy Insurance Limited, Ghana. He holds the Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and a Diploma in Insurance from the West African Insurance Institute. Prior to joining IEI in January, 2007, he started his Insurance Career with Great Nigeria Insurance Company Limited (now Plc) and worked with the Company for about 23 years. Whilst at GNI, he worked in the underwriting Department of the company and also as a Marketer on the post of the Zonal Branch Manager (West). In 2001, he joined Rivbank Insurance Company as Lagos Area Manager and rose to the post of AGM in December, 2006.

EDWARD AGYEKUM SEREBOE (Head, Business Development)
He is the Business Development Manager. He holds a Bsc (Hons) Civil Engineering and also a Post Graduate Certificate in IT for Management from Coventry University. He is currently pursuing a course in Marketing. CIM, UK.He has varied work experience in various fields of the corporate scene and about three years in the insurance industry.

KOFI BOAHEN AMPOMAH Bsc (Hons), ACCA (Head, Internal Control/Compliance)
A Chartered Accountant and Applied Accounting graduate from Oxford Brookes University, UK, with over 9 years experience in Accountancy and Audit. He has significant experience in planning, conducting, supervising and managing external, internal and forensic audit assignments for clients across diverse business sectors garnered from some of the leading Ghanaian Chartered Accounting firms such as Andah & Andah and MGI Hydefynn & Osei. Prior to joining International Energy Insurance Limited, he was Head of Assurance - Finance, Ghana VAT Service, where he set up the first Compliance function with the mandate to drive operational effectiveness. In this role, he was member of several management committees, including the Ghana VAT Service Audit Committee.
